Your Provence Retreat :   The inspiration for this program unfolded after Barbara experienced the proverbial empty nest. Over time this program took shape and has become one of her most rewarding work ventures.

The annual six-day Provence Retreat combines Barbara’s love and appreciation for French culture and language and a deep fascination with women’s life journeys. The retreat in France brings a small group of women together to reflect on their lives, inspired by a setting that totally delights the senses.

Individual Retreats in Provence : Three-day retreats focused on career change, retirement planning, or renewal, are designed to accommodate individual needs of men or women. These mini-sabbaticals are located on the French Riviera in the villa or stone cottage where Barbara conducts her annual women’s retreat.
